12.8%.
That's the current global eBL (electronic bill of lading) adoption rate, according to the DCSA. Despite clear benefits, the remaining 87.2% is still anchored to paper.
Progress isn't stalled by a lack of intent. It’s stalled by the complexity of aligning carriers, shippers, consignees, banks and wider stakeholders within closed systems.
On 26 March, I’m hosting a session to move beyond "future vision" and focus on practical execution today. I’ll be joined by Manish Mehta to discuss:

Breaking the Silos: Why open networks and solutions are a scalable alternative to closed ecosystems
The Roadmap: A hands-on playbook for all counterparties involved in trade transactions, to start and scale their use of eBLs
The Data Dividend: How structured data can unlock automation and further efficiencies
It’s time to move the needle from 12.8% toward 100%.
Join us for a practical guide to eBL adoption.
Have your say!
I am seeking input from the entire trade ecosystem, and would love to incorporate your insights. Contribute to the playbook by completing this 2-minute survey:
